From the yarn to the fabric …
Weaving mill
In our company, the weaving mill includes the weaving as well as the warping and sizing in our own weaving preparation, so that all process levels, from fiber to the finished fabric, are concentrated in our own hands. This makes it possible for us to regulate and ensure the parameters desired by the customer through every processing stage, something that is continued in our own textile finishing.
In the warping facility, we have the option of choosing between parallel and V-creels. This provides for the option, for one, of producing elastic or highly spun yarns and, in the case of the V-creel, to work very gently with the yarn.
In the sizing facility, individual warp beams larger than 4,000 mm with a yarn count larger than 17,000 yarns can be realized.
The weaving mill is producing fabrics on air-jet as well as projectile machines, equipped with heddle or excentric control. Top-quality fabrics with widths exceeding 520 cm are produced. Weights per square meter of 20 g up to more than 500 g are possible. We process a broad range of staple fibers and filament yarns from natural, synthetic, metallic and mineral raw materials.
